Alpha/Christianity Explored
In common with churches across the country we run regular groups for those who wish to explore the Christian faith. These are informal meetings usually once a week in someone's home. The groups share a meal together, watch a video introducing an aspect of Christian belief, and then have a discussion. The emphasis is upon this being a safe place to ask questions. At the end of the course some join our church although others don't. However, hopefully all find it enjoyable.

Home Groups
These meet at different times and venues throughout the week. They provide an opportunity for us to meet together, pray for each other, and study the Bible together. Home groups are at the heart of the life of church. Some meet fortnightly, others weekly; all contain a rich mix of people and viewpoints. Encounters is a cell group for 18-30's, this meets weekly on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.

Prayer Meetings
We have two weekly prayer meetings held at the Church: Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 8pm. Saturday mornings 8.30am -9am.  We have a monthly missionary prayer meeting, held on the morning of the first Wednesday of each month and a prayer meeting for the youth work held on the evening of the 1st Wednesday of each month.

Women's Fellowship
This meets weekly at St Lawrence's Thursday - 2.30pm at the Church centre. The general pattern is to have a short devotional time followed by a guest speaker. Once a month there is a fellowship meal and a celebration of Holy Communion.
